Leaning on Our Plant Ancestors for Support w/ Magpie Alchemy
In these current times, staying connected to our own body can feel difficult. Come join Ugnay Filipino and Jamie Pesquiza Cardenas from @magpiealchemy in a medicine making circle and learn how to lean on our plant ancestors to support your mind, body, and spirit.
KEY INFORMATION:
Date: Saturday, March 21st, 2026.
Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: The Dugout
328 3rd St., West Sacramento, CA
We’ll be in circle with one another, learning how to make an herbal massage mallet with all natural materials and how to support your body with gentle massage with aromatherapy of Mugwort and Wild Mint. These healing traditions are rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Hilot practices of the Philippines.
All supplies will be included, and all ages and bodies/abilities are welcome.
To ensure that you and your friends/family/loved ones will have supplies on the day of the workshop, we recommend RSVPing by clicking the Linktree in our bio or registering at tinyurl.com/PlantMagicMassage. Walk-ins are also welcome, but supplies are not guaranteed.
